Step back towards the right 3 times.
Hop forward with both feet, as instructed.
Right (or Left Foot Stomp) as instructed.

Make a slight turn to the left, go 3 steps/slides repeating from above.

Stand with your legs at about shoulder-length distance apart.
Bend your right knee, pick your right foot up off the floor and shift your weight to your left leg so that you are leaning a bit to the left.

Bring your right foot back close to your left foot and pivot it clockwise.

Bend your left knee and pick your left foot up off the floor and shift your weight to your right foot.
(At the same time, pivot your right foot counter clockwise.)
Then pivot your right foot clockwise and then counter clockwise.

Shift your weight to your left leg by bringing your left foot back to the floor.
Bend your right knee and pick up your right foot as your left foot pivots counter clockwise.

Bristol Stomp - Dovells
Stand straight.
Lift your right foot and stomp twice with your right heel.
Put your right foot down and repeat the stomp with your left heel.
Step backward with your left foot, followed by your right.
Step back with your left foot again, and shuffle your right foot back to even up with the left.
Return to the beginning and follow through the right foot shuffle.
After the right foot is shuffled back the second time, stomp your right foot twice.
Step back with your right foot, followed by kicking your left leg back behind you twice.
Step forward and start again.
