Carols & Pop Standards

Christmas Carols & Traditional
Holiday Pop Standards

Some of these songs are very old, although evolved through the generations. The First Nowell (The First Noël) was originally from the 13th century. The Coventry Carol is about 500 years old. Joy to the World was written in 1719, and Handal added music in 1792.

There are some 'new' classics too - including Winter Wonderland and My Favorite Things.

We have, for the most part, omitted artists with a few exceptions - so meny people have sung the songs below that, in many cases, it would be difficult to recommend any individual versions of these well-known standards.

Many different people have sung these... we have included some of the most popular singers! (Submit Your Christmas Favorites!)
